Our Story
Owner/Managing Broker Todd Garrison created TRG in 2013 after starting his real estate career in 2006. From 2006-2013, he gained valuable experience, particularly navigating the 2008 real estate crash.
When Todd founded TRG in 2013, he was serving as the assistant principal at Greenwood High School. He was later appointed as the school's principal in 2015, a position he held until his retirement from education in 2022. Over the course of his 31-year career in education, Todd dedicated himself to serving students, families, and the community.
This commitment to service is at the heart of the TRG approach. Todd Garrison, Managing Broker, Realtor®
I've been an active real estate broker for 18 years, with the last 11 years as Managing Broker/Owner of TODD Realty Group (TRG). A long-time southside resident, I value listening, prompt communication, and full transparency. I hold a BS in Secondary Education from Ball State University and an MS in School Leadership from Indiana University. In 2022, I retired from education as Greenwood Community High School's principal, and I continue to be active in the Greenwood community and Greenwood School environment. I am the programming director for the Home Artisans of Indiana - Greenwood Chapter, and I serve as Vice President of the Greenwood Building Corporation. |

I’m a Franklin College graduate, and I received my master’s degree in Athletic Training. Franklin has been my home for the last seven years. I have worked part-time for a remodeling and construction company for the last several years, and I look forward to utilizing those skills and knowledge to assist my future buyers and sellers. I'm a 2024 graduate of Indiana University majoring in finance and real estate through the Kelley School of Business. While at IU, I was active in the real estate club, and I was appointed to the IU Commercial Real Estate Workshop, a highly selective program where members create and present deals to a panel of judges. While attending school, I earned my real estate license in 2023. I enjoy working out and spending time with family and friends. |
